27.005 PROGRAM ACCOMPLISHMENTS: As of September, 1994 there were 145,105 Federal employees with targeted and non-targeted disabilities. In fiscal year 1994, there were 1,213 full time permanent (FTP) hires made using the special appointing authorities for persons with disabilities and 1,180 FTP hires using other appointing authorities.
